Pneumatic TiresPneumatic Tires are
fastened to a rim and filled with air - same as found on all road vehicles. The size and
form depending on the intended use and the required capacities. The capacity of a
pneumatic tire is determined by the air pressure and the volume of the enclosed air.
a) Low Pressure Pneumatic Tire (large volume and low air pressure)
- low floor pressure, high shock absorption, high driving comfort
- especially suited for driving on poor floors
b) High Pressure Pneumatic Tire (high air pressure small volume)
- high floor pressure, low shock absorption
- only suited for driving on solid floors
