Reduction is an important factor when attachments are installed and used with fork lift
trucks. The remaining capacity of the lift truck when an attachment is installed is
determined as follows:
- the weight of the attachment itself
- the reduced load center.
The rest capacity must be observed at all times to reassure the proper stability of the
particular fork lift truck,
